Job Description
Karmashil Construction Enterprises is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with tax and VAT regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and finance, hands-on experience with accounting software, and strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (journal entries, vouchers, invoices, etc.).
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, TDS calculations, and other tax-related documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize accounting software to record and manage transactions and generate reports.
- Support the senior finance team in audits, internal controls, and budgeting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation for all financial operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members for billing and payment matters.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- More than 6 months of experience in the accounting field (internship or job).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for financial documentation and reporting.
- Good understanding of VAT, taxation, and relevant government regulations.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, oddo or similar).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Additional allowance as per company policy
Note: Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
