Detailed Job Description / RequirementWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead – Online Initiatives to lead our digital marketing and online growth efforts.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive product adoption, and support business growth. This role requires strong experience in performance marketing, social media, content, digital campaigns, SEO, conversion optimization, and online partnerships.The Marketing Lead will take ownership of the complete digital growth journey—from creating awareness and attracting potential users to driving engagement, conversions, and customer adoption.Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, and online community engagement.
• Develop engaging digital content, including posts, videos, campaigns, and case studies.
• Manage SEO, website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Build and manage digital partnerships with creators, influencers, media platforms, and communities.
• Work closely with Sales and other teams to support lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing activities.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure measurable business results.

Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Experience in content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Interest in AI, technology, and digital innovation.
