• Location: Sitapaila, Kathmandu

• Education: Bachelor Complete

• Salary-40,000-50,000/-

• Experience- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Officer in FMCG/Modern Trade Sales.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop business with modern trade outlets, supermarkets and retail chains.

• Ensure regular product availability, proper display, visibility and merchandising.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and distribution objectives.

• Maintain strong relationships with modern trade customers and outlet managers.

• Take orders and coordinate with Sales, Distribution and Dispatch teams for timely delivery.

• Monitor stock, expiry, returns, damages and schemes at outlets.

• Implement company-approved promotions, schemes and trade offers.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and outlet performance reports.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market trends.

• Follow up on payments/credit outstanding as per company policy.

• Ensure proper execution of company policies and maintain outlet standards.

• Visit assigned outlets regularly and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade Sales preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Valid two-wheeler license preferred.

• Target-oriented, energetic and willing to travel within assigned areas.
