Detailed Job Description / RequirementWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer for a reputed Tiles Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing strong relationships with dealers and customers, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote tile products, new designs, schemes, and offers.
• Develop new dealers and expand the company's market presence.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on payments and collections.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in tiles, ceramics, construction materials, or building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Email.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and business development activities.
