Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and contractors
• Increase sales and expand market reach
• Key Responsibilities
• Visit dealers and customers regularly
• Promote tile products, new designs, and schemes
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Develop new dealers and business opportunities
• Handle customer complaints and give quick solutions
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Ensure timely order delivery
• Follow up for payments and collections
• Collect market and competitor feedback
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2–5 years' experience in tiles/ceramics/building materials
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
• Willing to travel
