Sales Officer

📋 Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
• Travel to different locations for market visits and client meetings

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or cosmetics sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
