Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools for financial management and reporting.
• Lead and supervise finance/accounting team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a senior position.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in relevant accounting and financial software.
• Ability to work with modern digital tools and technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of corporate systems and professional workplace practices.
