Key Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance plans and ensure effective execution.
• Manage equipment breakdowns, minimize downtime, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage critical spares, maintenance materials, and maintenance costs.
• Supervise the maintenance team and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability, ISO, safety, MS Office, and CMMS.
