Doctors On-call, established in 2018 A.D. in Kathmandu, provides door-to-door health services for elderly individuals who are unable to visit hospitals. The services include doctor visits at home, nursing care, physiotherapy, lab sample collection, and medical equipment rental, offering one-stop health solutions for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall HR function, policies, systems, and employee documentation.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and workforce coordination.
• Manage attendance, leave, shifts, payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, engagement, and retention.
• Manage performance appraisals, probation, promotions, training, and employee development.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including resignations, exits, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws and maintain required HR records and reports.
• Work closely with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and all people-related matters.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience (Healthcare-sector experience is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Nepalese labor laws
• Experience managing recruitment and the complete employee lifecycle
• Practical understanding of payroll, attendance, leave, and HR administration
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function
