Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Professional Sales Representative role based in Nepal. The Professional Sales Representative will promote Fleur Himalayan’s Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors, building strong relationships and expanding market presence. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product benefits and usage information, answering inquiries, and providing timely follow-up. The role involves planning and executing sales visits, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams for inventory, delivery, and promotional activities. The Professional Sales Representative is expected to represent the company professionally, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support educational and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging healthcare professionals and clients.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business in any related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but motivated entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Valid ability to travel locally as required.
