Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ophthalmic products.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, eye surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, sales movement, and distribution within the territory.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Communicate product features, benefits, indications, and appropriate usage to healthcare professionals within approved guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio Med Engineer/ Electrical/ Sales in Ophtalmic or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, medical device, healthcare, or hospital sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have personal vechile.
• Good knowledge of the local healthcare/pharmaceutical market.
