About the Company-HiTech Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is a software company delivering technology-driven solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a Technical Product Engineer who combines hands-on development experience with product thinking to lead the design, development, and delivery of our software products.

Job Summary-The Technical Product Engineer will bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business strategy — translating product requirements into technical execution while overseeing architecture decisions, UI/UX direction, and end-to-end product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
• Work closely with the development team on architecture, backend, and full-stack implementation
• Oversee UI/UX design decisions to ensure a consistent and user-friendly product experience
• Guide integration of AI tools and modern development workflows into the product lifecycle
• Manage API design, authentication systems, and database architecture
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure decisions
• Review and guide code architecture across frontend and backend systems
• Coordinate sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely product delivery
• Evaluate and adopt relevant AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity
• Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring quality and scalability standards are met
• Liaise between technical teams and management on product progress and roadblocks

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3–4 years of overall experience, including:
• 1–2 years as a Full Stack or Backend Developer
• 1–2 years in Product Management and UI/UX Design

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, and Nest.js
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and Python
• Database expertise in SQL and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and system integration
• Solid grasp of software architecture and database design principles
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar)
• Understanding of UI frameworks and design systems
