Business Development Executive

Job Description

• Territory Mapping : Scheduled site visits across every construction sites within assigned territory
• Product Presentation : Present and educate the client about the product offering and understand the requirement from the site
• Lead Generation : Collect contact details of the decision makers ( i.e. site owners, purchase managers, architects, consultants etc
• Visit the consultants /architects and educate about the our various product offerings
• Update all the contacts in the CRM
• Report to the respected seniors

Note : Office timing 10am - 6 pm ( however you may need to come early or on weekend to tap the potential leads )

• Fuel allowance and communication and data allowance shall be given
• Attractive incentives shall be given for meeting target goals.

Job Specification

• Education : + 2 or above
• Language : Fluent in English and Nepali . Other regional language is a plus
• Must have a smart phone with working Camera , internet, GPS
• Must have a two wheeler
• Must have a smart personality with fluent communication and interpersonal skills
