Product Manager (Fintech Product Development)

Job Specification

• 8+ years’ experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment systems
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Consultant
• Strong understanding of:
• Real-time / high-throughput payment systems
• Banking architecture and integrations
• Payment networks and switching systems
• Deep knowledge of:
• Payment flows and transaction lifecycle
• Reconciliation and settlement processes
• ISO 8583 / ISO 20022
• Experience working with:
• APIs and microservices architecture
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time payment platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in banking/fintech
• Prior experience working with banks or payment service providers
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) is a plus
