About the Job

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible to manage the entire financing operations of the 4 wheelers at Eastern regions; manage the team of regional officers & loan officers working in the region and ensure smooth operations to obtain business goals and targets.

Responsibilities

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

● Develop and implement strategies to achieve Regional Finance sales and profit targets.

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Officers and Loan Officers.

● Drive finance sales growth by developing and executing effective sales plans.

● Engage in recovery operations for the region.

● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

● Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Reporting Head.

● Actively seek to convert online leads.

● Build and maintain relationships with key dealers and customers.

● Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

● Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach in all regional operations.

● Identify and mitigate potential risks related to lending and operational activities.

● Ensure robust credit assessment and approval processes are followed.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Proven track record in sales and business development in the finance sector.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.
