Job Description

Padma Jyoti Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site. The role involves ensuring project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating effectively with contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications
• Support smooth project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers for efficient workflow

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management
• Coordinate material delivery, usage tracking, and site logistics

Technical & Quality Control

• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure adherence to construction safety standards and best practices

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
• Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, materials, and work progress

Problem Solving

• Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues efficiently
• Work under pressure to manage unexpected challenges on-site

Job Specification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (completed or currently pursuing).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
