We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to  2 years of relevant experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service. The candidate should also have practical knowledge of cocktail and mocktail preparation and a strong commitment to quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso-based beverages, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality.

Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.

Understand customer preferences and provide appropriate beverage recommendations.

Prepare and present beverages creatively while maintaining the required presentation standards.

Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, counters, and workstations.

Monitor beverage inventory and coordinate with the concerned team for timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.

Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee beans, syrups, fruits, dairy products, and other beverage ingredients.

Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, service, and management teams for smooth daily operations.
