A Plus Mount Coffee Beans is looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and beverages, good customer service skills, and the ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage-making equipment properly.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, and mocha.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, tables, and work area.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Perform other café-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
