Job Description
Community Self Reliance Centre (CSRC) is a non-profit-making, non-governmental social organisation facilitating the land rights campaign since 1993 in Nepal. CSRC envisions creating a prosperous, democratic, and equitable Nepal where land management is just, and agrarian practices are sustainable. Since the 2015 earthquake, CSRC has expanded its work to humanitarian response and community resilience building, drawing on its community-led approach and local presence.
About the Program
The Rasuwa Bhotekoshi Flood of 26 August
2026 was one of Nepal’s most catastrophic disasters, triggered by a massive ice-rock
avalanche in the upper Lhende Khola catchment that unleashed a debris-laden
flood downstream, devastating Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, and beyond. In response
to this situation, CSRC is implementing the Bhotekoshi Flood Response and
Early Recovery Program in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading districts to provide
timely humanitarian assistance to flood-affected communities. The program
focuses on addressing immediate humanitarian needs through emergency support,
early recovery, and the restoration of essential services while ensuring
accountability, compliance, and efficient use of resources.
CSRC invites
applications from qualified, competent, and highly motivated Nepalese citizens
for the following positions to support the implementation of the Bhotekoshi Flood
