Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, developing client relationships, and increasing sales of Safaa's waterless vehicle cleaning services. The role will involve market development, lead generation, client meetings, partnerships, sales activities, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Safaa.

• Generate leads and acquire new individual and corporate customers.

• Promote Safaa's waterless and eco-friendly vehicle cleaning services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Identify potential corporate, fleet, dealership, rental, and other business customers.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.

• Develop partnerships with businesses and organizations to expand Safaa's customer base.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.

• Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market presence.

• Maintain an updated database of prospects, customers, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, customer acquisition, and business development.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.

• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is preferred.

• Experience in automotive, cleaning services, or a sustainability-related business will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
