Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets
Deliver a premium customer experience, guiding customers through EV features, benefits, and financing options
Stay updated on electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, government policies, and incentives in Nepal
Ensure showroom displays, vehicles, and branding are maintained to high standards
Monitor and manage inventory, vehicle availability, and test drive schedules
Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to increase footfall and conversions
Build strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and partners
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales coordination professionally
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Master’s degree or professional certification in Sales/Automobile/EV (preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 4+ years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in EV (Electric Vehicles) or automotive dealership will be a strong advantage
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, features, and customer benefits
Knowledge of Nepal’s EV policies, subsidies, taxation, and charging infrastructure
Familiarity with sales funnel management, CRM systems, and lead conversion strategies
Understanding of auto financing, insurance, and registration processes in Nepal
