Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) to manage our front desk operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Basic knowledge of office administration
- Fluency in Nepali and English (additional languages are a plus)
