Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Momo Maker to prepare high-quality momos efficiently while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare momo dough, fillings, and ingredients according to recipes.

• Shape and fold momos neatly and consistently.

• Steam, fry, or cook momos according to required standards.

• Prepare chutneys, sauces, and other accompaniments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.

• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures.

• Support other kitchen duties when required.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience making momos or similar food is preferred.

• Good knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
