We are looking for a creative and proactive Outreach & Content Executive to support outreach initiatives, content creation, and upcoming marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with different audiences while creating engaging content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Plan and execute outreach activities for marketing campaigns.

Identify and connect with potential partners, communities, influencers, and relevant audiences.

Create engaging social media and campaign content.

Support content planning and campaign execution.

Write captions, promotional copy, outreach messages, and other marketing content.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaigns.

Follow up on outreach leads and maintain communication records.

Research trends, audiences, competitors, and potential collaboration opportunities.

Support the upcoming Dashain campaign and other promotional initiatives.

Track outreach and content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Relevant experience in outreach, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good content-writing and social media skills.

Confident in approaching and communicating with external stakeholders.

Creative, proactive, organized, and able to meet campaign deadlines.

Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or other content tools is preferred.
