IT Support Officer

Job Description

Scodus Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and network devices
• Set up and manage basic networking systems (LAN, routers, internet connectivity)
• Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring
• Support team members in system setup and provide user guidance when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of technical problems and solution.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and router configuration
• Familiarity with CAT6 cable preparation and hardware setup
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (compulsory)
