call for application from external and internal applicants for the position of

‘Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator’ based in Country Office,

Lalitpur.

The Research,

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator leads FAIRMED’s Research, M&E, and

Knowledge Management functions to ensure effective measurement, documentation,

learning, and use of evidence across projects. The position is responsible for

developing M&E strategies and tools, managing centralized databases,

conducting data analysis and research, ensuring data quality, and producing

reports and knowledge products. S/he shares findings to support evidence-based

decision-making, advocacy, and program improvement; facilitates M&E

capacity-building; and provides feedback to project teams to strengthen program

effectiveness, accountability, and demonstration of tangible results and

outcomes.
