Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students.

Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and study-abroad aspirations.

Provide information about study programs, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and immigration procedures.

Help students shortlist suitable universities and courses.

Follow up with prospective and existing students to support conversions and timely applications.

Achieve assigned quarterly and annual student conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Guide students through application forms and required documentation.

Review and edit SOPs, essays, resumes, and other application materials.

Advise students on IELTS, PTE, and other required standardized tests.

Provide guidance regarding tuition fees, living expenses, healthcare, scholarships, grants, and financial planning.

Guide students on visa application procedures and required documentation.

Attend education fairs, seminars, and workshops.

Maintain regular communication with students throughout their study-abroad journey.

Build and maintain a student network.

Coordinate and maintain student information through CRM systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in educational consultancy or study-abroad counseling.

Strong knowledge of Germany study-abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements.

Excellent student counseling and relationship-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working with student conversion and enrollment targets.

Professional, organized, and capable of handling confidential student information.
