📋 Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily automobile sales operations
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with management for planning and reporting
• Maintain accurate sales reports and performance records

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed)
• 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales (including leadership exposure)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
• Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
