OM Surgical Concern Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and confident Product Specialist (Medical Instrument) to support business development and lead generation for our medical diagnostic instruments, reagents, and related healthcare solutions. The role will primarily focus on identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting products, and building relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, doctors, pathologists, and laboratory professionals.

The candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the products and their applications so they can confidently introduce and explain the products and handle basic product-related queries during customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate business opportunities across hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Conduct field visits to introduce and promote medical diagnostic products.

Build relationships with doctors, pathologists, laboratory professionals, and key decision-makers.

Develop strong knowledge of assigned products, their applications, and basic laboratory workflows.

Present products and confidently address basic product-related queries.

Generate and follow up on qualified leads.

Understand customer requirements and identify relevant product opportunities.

Support product demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and market feedback.

Coordinate with sales, technical, and application teams as required.
