On-Screen Cinema Advertising Services

The Trail-based Tourism Development Project (TTDP) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Switzerland and Nepal. The goal of the project is for people in Koshi Province to increase their income and contribute to the conservation of culture with innovative and sustainable tourism offers. It focuses on four main trail routes namely Mundum, Chiyabari, Phalgunanda and Laligurans trails spanning 29 municipalities in Koshi Province.

TTDP invites proposals from qualified and experienced firms/companies to provide On-Screen Cinema Advertising Services. The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP), including the Terms of Reference (ToR), is available at: https://notice.helvetasnepal.org/.

Interested firms/companies that meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Data Sheet are invited to submit their proposals as instructed therein. Technical and Financial Proposals must be clearly marked and delivered to the address below by 5 October 2026, 5:00 PM (Nepal Time). Late submissions will not be considered.
