Hami DajuVai (HDV) is a youth-led feminist organization working in the field of men and masculinities. Since its establishment in 2019, HDV has worked in close coordination with government ministries, academic institutions, national and international networks, and other like-minded organizations. Since 2020, HDV has been organizing  the Feminism and Men Conference (FAM Conference) together with the Central Department of Gender Studies, Tribhuvan University (TU) and MenEngage Alliance Nepal to explore the engagement of men and boys in the feminist movement and foster dialogue around masculinities.

About MenEngage Alliance and MEASA

The MenEngage Alliance (MEA) works globally to advance gender justice, grounded in accountability to women's rights and LGBTQIA+ movements. MenEngage Alliance South Asia (MEASA) has anchored this work in the region for over a decade, convening and reflecting on what it means to engage men and boys with integrity - moving beyond individual behaviour change toward structural transformation, and remaining accountable to feminist movements and marginalised communities.

The Asia Regional Convening - Moving Beyond Allyship: Masculinities and Systems Change in Asia : Accountability, Care, Resistance, and Justice - is a politically grounded, critically reflective and action-oriented space that brings together diverse movements and allies across Asia to deepen collective analysis, build solidarity, and strengthen strategies for systems change. Happening over three days (7–9 December 2026) in Kathmandu, Nepal, it is part of a continuum of political organising leading to the 4th MenEngage Global Symposium in 2027.

To provide coordination and logistical support to the steering committee of the convening and MEASA Secretariat, Hami DajuVai, as the national secretariat of MenEngage Alliance Nepal, announces the vacancy for the following positions :

1. DESIGNATION

Project Coordinator -  PROGRAMME & STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION

The Project Coordinator – Programme & Stakeholder Coordination will be a Nepal-based member of the local convening support team, working closely with MEASA Secretariat and Programme Committee to support the planning and delivery of the National and Regional Convening.

The role will provide day-to-day local coordination support for programme-related activities, stakeholder engagement, communications and documentation, ensuring that the convening programme remains aligned with the objectives, processes, standards and expectations of the MEASA Secretariat.

2. Project Coordinator – Operations & On-Site Logistics

Duration-October 2026 to mid-January 2027

Monthly Salary – Competitive based on skills and experience

Travel - Frequent travel within the Kathmandu Valley

The Project Coordinator – Operations & On-Site Logistics will be a Nepal-based member of the local convening support team, working closely with the MEASA Secretariat to coordinate the practical and operational requirements of the National and Regional Convening.

The role will support the end-to-end coordination of local logistics, registration, volunteers, venue arrangements, vendors, materials and on-site delivery, ensuring that operational requirements are completed on time and that the three-day convening runs smoothly.
