We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings and day-to-day operations across Daraz and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing and catalog management, good Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with marketplace representatives and internal teams.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Manage and maintain product listings on Daraz and other e-commerce platforms.

Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other listing information.

Regularly update product prices, stock availability, promotions, and product details.

Maintain accurate product, inventory, pricing, sales, and listing data using MS Excel.

Coordinate with the Daraz team regarding listings, campaigns, promotions, pricing, stock, and orders.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams for inventory updates, product information, and order status.

Monitor listings to ensure proper categorization, visibility, and accuracy.

Support Daraz campaigns, mega sales, promotional activities, and other marketplace initiatives.

Track basic e-commerce performance, sales, inventory, and listing updates.

Identify and resolve listing and marketplace-related issues.

Ensure product information remains accurate and consistent across e-commerce channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience working with Daraz or other e-commerce/marketplace platforms.

Hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, pricing, stock updates, and product information management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work accurately with product and sales data.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings accurately.

Proactive, organized, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Previous experience coordinating directly with Daraz or other marketplace representatives is an advantage.
