• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paints, pipe, or hardware sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Must have a valid bike license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
