Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist in smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents
- Handle basic data entry and documentation work
- Support communication through email and other channels
- Assist senior staff in coordination and office activities
- Ensure proper handling of documents related to property and clients
Job Specification
Qualifications :
- Plus Two (+2) in Management/Law with computer as an optional subject OR completion of a 6-month Basic Computer Course
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Good typing skills in both Nepali and English
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
General Requirements:
- Age: 18–25 years
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)
