Job Description

We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Real Estate Officer to manage property transactions, coordinate with relevant authorities, and support business growth through effective client handling and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buying, selling, and leasing processes of properties
• Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth property transactions
• Liaise with government offices such as Malpot (Land Revenue Office) and Napi (Survey Office)
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure legal compliance
• Identify potential clients and generate sales opportunities
• Conduct property visits and provide necessary guidance to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Job Specification

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the Nepalese real estate sector
• Good understanding of Malpot and Napi procedures
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle clients and transactions efficiently
