Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist (Regulatory Affairs) role based in Kathmandu. The role involves managing regulatory submissions, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring that all veterinary pharmaceutical products meet applicable regulatory requirements. The Pharmacist (Regulatory Affairs) will review and interpret regulations, advise internal teams on compliance, and coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals, renewals, and inspections. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating regulatory dossiers, monitoring changes in laws and guidelines, supporting quality assurance processes, and providing regulatory guidance to stakeholders. The role also requires clear communication with internal departments and external partners to support timely and compliant product registration and distribution.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Pharmacy, including knowledge of veterinary pharmaceuticals and pharmacology.
  • Proven understanding of Regulatory Affairs and experience working with regulatory documentation and processes.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements relevant to veterinary medicines and health products.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with regulatory agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical field.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Experience in veterinary distribution or pharmaceutical regulatory affairs is an advantage.
