We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative who understands the true essence of the Roadhouse experience and knows how to translate that into brand loyalty and revenue growth.

The Role

We aren’t looking for someone just to tick boxes. We want someone who is genuinely curious about why things work. Why does one campaign pack the house on a Friday night while another falls flat? Why does a certain piece of content make people stop mid-scroll and crave our wood-fired pizza?

In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales outreach and digital marketing. We know that the best marketing is never just creative, and it’s never just data—it’s both, all the time. You will be responsible for finding what connects with our audience, testing it, refining it, and watching the numbers reflect that success.

Who You Are

• You have a solid foundation in both sales and digital marketing, ideally with a passion for the F&B or hospitality industry.
• You thrive on the challenge of blending creative storytelling with hard data.
• You are continuously looking to get sharper in performance marketing and content strategy, finding the ever-evolving digital space exciting rather than exhausting.
• You possess strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to close sales and foster long-term corporate partnerships.
