Job Description

Role: Growth & Marketing Lead – Nepal

Company: SuperPe

What you’ll do:

• Drive user acquisition and activation for SuperPe in Nepal
• Build and execute GTM strategies (digital + offline)
• Lead partnerships with merchants, banks, and local ecosystems
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Plan on-ground activations to drive adoption
• Work closely with product team to localize offerings

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in fintech / payments / digital platforms
• Strong understanding of Nepal market
• Experience in scaling user growth and merchant networks
• Hands-on with performance marketing + partnerships
