Straw Holdings is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing content.
• Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Work on motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging video content.
• Adapt videos according to different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.
• Ensure all video content meets quality and brand standards.
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and social media content.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
