VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Nabil Stock Dealer Limited, a subsidiary of Nabil Bank Limited and a licensed Stock Dealer, invites applications from qualified, competent and motivated Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

1. Investment Manager/Officer - 2 Positions (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the Company's proprietary investments in listed securities; conduct fundamental and technical analysis; monitor portfolio performance, risk and exposure; track market, economic and regulatory developments; coordinate with settlement and accounts teams; prepare trading and portfolio reports; and ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, regulations and internal policies.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. CA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in securities trading, portfolio management, investment research or treasury operations is required. Experience in proprietary trading or portfolio management will be preferred.

2. IT Support - 1 Position (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, email and business applications; maintain IT equipment, user accounts, connectivity, servers, security and backups; support trading and other operational systems; coordinate with vendors; maintain IT asset and support records; and ensure compliance with IT security, audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Experience in Microsoft 365, networking and enterprise application support will be preferred. Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

3. Compliance Officer - 1 Position (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee regulatory and internal compliance, monitor compliance with applicable laws, rules and directives of SEBON, NEPSE, CDS and Clearing and other relevant authorities, support AML/CFT compliance, prepare compliance reports, identify compliance risks and perform other related functions.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or CA/ACCA qualified, or Law or a relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, risk, banking or capital market-related functions is required. Sound knowledge of capital market regulations and strong analytical and communication skills are desirable.

4. Business Development Executive - 5 Nos. (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire and maintain client relationships, promote the Company's brokerage, DP, margin trading. and other capital market services, conduct market outreach and support business growth.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a relevant discipline. Relevant experience in capital market, banking, investment, sales or business development will be preferred. Good communication, networking and client relationship skills are essential.
