KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.

Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces.

Build reusable and scalable frontend components.

Create modern animations and interactive experiences using GSAP.

Implement GSAP timelines, ScrollTrigger, scroll-based animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.

Optimize animations for smooth performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Implement responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, MUI, and SCSS as required.

Optimize websites for performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and responsive behavior.

Ensure compatibility across major browsers and devices.

Collaborate remotely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.

Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.

Debug and resolve frontend, animation, responsiveness, and browser compatibility issues.

Maintain and enhance existing websites and applications.

Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and delivery timelines effectively.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Required Experience

3 years of frontend development experience.

Demonstrated experience developing responsive websites and web applications.

Practical experience with GSAP.

Experience working on at least 2–3 live or production web projects involving advanced animations or interactive UI.
