Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Social Media Associate. The Social Media Associate will manage daily social media activities, including creating and scheduling content, implementing marketing strategies, and engaging with audiences. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Hands-on experience with Social Media platforms and tools
• Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize strategies
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing engaging content
• Bachelor's degree in Management with specialization in marketing is prefered.
• Familiarity with audience analysis and brand development
• Ability to handle pressure and problem solving attitude
• Ability to work in team and capacity to have smooth communication
