We are looking for a fast, organized, and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support daily store and inventory operations. The role involves stock tracking, data entry, MRP labeling, inventory reporting, and supporting timely stock replenishment.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Maintain daily records of available and low-stock items.

Track fast-moving, slow-moving, aging, and dead stock.

Prepare basic inventory and KPI reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Monitor stock turnover and identify potential stock shortages.

Prepare re-order suggestions based on stock levels and product movement.

Receive and count incoming goods and accurately update inventory records.

Print and apply MRP labels to products.

Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.

Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and properly arranged.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to support reporting, Excel tasks, and administrative work.

Requirements

Minimum +2/Class 12 in Management or a related field.

Freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply.

Good numerical and basic mathematical skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, basic formulas, and tables/charts.

Familiarity with formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP is preferred.

Comfortable using AI tools for work-related productivity.

Good typing and data-entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
