We are looking for a proactive, analytical Junior Category – E-Commerce to support day-to-day management and performance of assigned product categories.

The role involves product assortment, vendor coordination, pricing, promotions, inventory monitoring, product listings, and category performance analysis.

Working Hours

10 AM - 6 PM (Sunday-Friday)

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Support category plans and day-to-day category operations.

Monitor sales, margins, inventory, and product performance.

Analyze category data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Coordinate with vendors and brands regarding pricing, stock, promotions, and new products.

Support vendor and brand onboarding.

Manage product assortment and ensure accurate product listings.

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Coordinate promotional offers, discounts, campaigns, and product launches.

Monitor stock-outs, overstock, slow-moving products, and inventory availability.

Coordinate with Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Prepare sales, margin, inventory, and category-performance reports.

Maintain accurate product, vendor, pricing, and promotional records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial, Brand Management, or Sales.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion, electronics, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors preferred.

Experience working with vendors, products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Good negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.

Understanding of commercial and sales principles.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
