The General Manager serves as the chief executive leader of the organization, responsible for providing strategic direction, operational excellence, and organizational sustainability. The GM ensures effective portfolio management and oversees all core functions including finance, human resources, administration, procurement, program quality, external engagement, compliance and government liaison.

The role requires strong leadership to align organizational goals with implementation, ensure accountability, and maintain high standards of governance, transparency, and impact.

The GM acts as the primary link between the Board and management, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues, supporting policy development, and enabling informed decision-making.
