We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to provide personalized beauty consultations and help customers select suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal-care products. The role combines product knowledge, customer service, and sales to deliver an engaging in-store experience while contributing to store sales targets.

10 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly assistance.

Understand customers' skincare concerns, preferences, and beauty needs.

Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal-care products.

Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper use.

Promote new products, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Work toward individual and store sales targets through selling and cross-selling.

Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Maintain product displays, testers, and visual merchandising standards.

Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment.

Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.

Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and new launches.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the assigned area.

Requirements

6 months–1 year of relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, retail sales, or customer service.

Minimum +2 / Intermediate qualification preferred.

Interest in and understanding of skincare, makeup, beauty, or personal-care products.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused, energetic, and professional.

Strong selling and product-recommendation skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during an 8-hour retail shift.

Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods when scheduled.
