We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience.

The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring products are properly organized and available on the sales floor.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Provide accurate information about products, sizes, prices, offers, and promotions.

Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and purchase decisions.

Maintain attractive and organized product displays.

Replenish stock and ensure products are properly arranged.

Support billing, packing, and other sales activities when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and store activities.

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist with stock counting and inventory activities.

Work toward assigned individual and store sales targets.

Follow store procedures and customer-service standards.

Requirements

Minimum +2 / Intermediate qualification preferred.

Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous retail sales or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused, energetic, and professional.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Comfortable working on the sales floor throughout an 8-hour shift, including extended periods of standing and walking.

Willingness to work during weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods when scheduled.

Ability to remain attentive and actively assist customers throughout the shift.
