Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Officer, located in Kathmandu. In this role, you will execute effective public relations campaigns, develop and distribute press releases, build and manage relationships with media outlets, and support the creation of strategic communications initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team and the client to promote SCC's services, maintain a positive brand image, and enhance brand visibility through high volume and targeted communication strategies.

Salary range: 60 to 80 K

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing Press Releases and managing Media Relations
• Strong skills in Public Relations and building effective Communication strategies
• Experience in Strategic Communications and formulating campaigns to align with brand goals
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and social media platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a media/communication agency is advantageous
