Project HOPE is seeking a Finance

Assistant Consultant to provide administrative and financial support to its

emergency response activities in Nepal. The consultant will support financial

operations, including financial documentation, payment processing, petty cash

tracking, transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial reporting while

ensuring compliance with Project HOPE procedures, donor requirements, and

applicable Nepal statutory requirements in a humanitarian operating

environment.

In carrying out the scope of

work, the consultant will coordinate, as needed, with the Finance Officer,

relevant Project HOPE teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The purpose of this consultancy

is to provide additional finance capacity to support Project HOPE’s Nepal

emergency response and facilitate timely, accurate, and well-documented

financial operations during the consultant assignment period.

The consultant will provide services

in the following areas

consultancy period, the consultant is expected to contribute to

Duration of Assignment

Approximately 3-

6 months

The consultancy fee will be determined based

on the scope of services, qualifications, and experience of the selected

consultant.
