We are looking for a Junior Software Implementation Officer – HRMS to support the implementation of our HRMS software, assist clients with system configuration, provide user training, and ensure smooth software adoption through ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure HRMS modules, including attendance, leave, payroll, and employee management, based on client requirements.

Coordinate with clients to understand their HR processes and ensure appropriate system configuration.

Assist with employee data migration, system testing, and client onboarding.

Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for clients and end users.

Provide ongoing client support, address system-related queries, and troubleshoot functional issues.

Coordinate with the technical team to report bugs, resolve issues, and communicate updates to clients.

Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution, user satisfaction, and effective software adoption.

Maintain implementation records, client feedback, and support documentation.
